"I had a disappointing experience with this company. What should have been a straightforward service turned into an ordeal that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. When I contacted the office to inquire about the delayed collection, I was met with a rude and belligerent response. I felt as though my concerns were being dismissed, and the staff made no effort resolve the situation in a professional manner. The drivers who delivered the skip were polite and professional - unfortunately, this was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of the office staff."

"A terrible company. Avoid if possible and use other providers. Left the skip on our drive way for weeks and did not collect after reapeted requests. Would have given them zero stars or minus if the option was available. Very rude. Will never use them again."

"Had a skip delivered and collected without any issues , the driver was polite and thorough. The price of the skip was very competitive compared to other local companies , the only advantage was they could deliver at a time that was great for me (others couldn’t!!) "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Starting using CCC around the middle of May - got my first 8 ton skip dropped over with no issues. Quite expensive at £287.50. £220 for the skip, £20 for the permit and £47.50 deposit but I was desperate and was told reliable so I paid. Upon the first collection, the driver told me that the level was too low (to the top) and If I wanted to I could use doors to build up the sides 6-12 inches as this is safe and standard. The next one which was dropped off by the last driver was then collected and I asked the driver if that was too high/low and he indicated it was fine and some more could go on top so I threw an extra couple of crates on top - all this while my deposit was rolling over to the next one ‘apparently’ - after the last one came and I’d arranged collection for it, I was told twice the driver would bring my deposit back in cash like it was paid but when the driver turned up he said he doesn’t have cash and the boss will call me tomorrow to arrange the return of deposit via bank transfer. After 3 weeks of chasing, with 2 calls with no return and 3 emails I received a reply saying that as the skip was too overloaded they wouldn’t be returning me the money. Bear in mind two of their very own drivers told me where to load to and not one driver picking up ever once said anything was too high and took them away happily, I feel like this must of a common occurrence to scam people out of their deposit. I’ve since had 3 more skips from another company for £200 no deposit, they actually put lights on the skips which ccc don’t, they pick up on time and don’t ignore your emails and calls. I don’t often leave reviews but I feel scammed, especially when they post all over their social media about load levels yet their drivers tell customers otherwise. Absolutely pathetic customer service and they’ve lost a customer for life and my word of mouth advertising."
