"Supplied and fitted our patio French doors and windows on our new build house around 8 years ago. Door has since dropped and mullion cap fallen off. Spoke to the person in charge at the Window Warehouse who was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and irritated. Claimed he couldn't remember installing and supplying French doors and windows for 8 houses on the same road. He refused to honour the 10 year guarantee given for doors and windows. He claimed the company he bought my French doors from is now 'defunct' and refused to help fix my dropped door and missing mullion cap. I was advised to chase a company called 'synseal'. Owner of Window Warehouse refused to accept liability for his shoddy, poor workmanship in installing the French doors. I would not recommend this company, things may seem OK in the 1st instance after installation but there is no aftersales customer care. This company does not honour guarantees, is not reliable or trustworthy and refuses to accept responsibility. Steer clear from this unreliable company and spend your money with someone you can trust."

I had 3 quotes and could not believe the competitive quote I got off the window warehouse compared to the others! cheeky enough I queried why , materials etc… there is no difference what so ever bar the window warehouse manufacture there own windows so they can offer a better price!! The fitters Terry & Terry got the job done quickly and efficiently couldn’t have been nicer people!! They thoroughly cleaned everywhere windows ledges and the sealing is spot on! No scruffs or marks, and we loved paddy the dog they brought along!! The Courtesy calls during and after the job were a nice touch! 10 year warranty to… it’s not often Iv had work done and would say I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! Most importantly I LOVE my new black windows & door. Thankyou"
