They went above and beyond in helping me and even checked all the other radiator pipes and tighten them to ensure there was no further damage. "Reasonable price (not the cheapest - but also far from the most expensive.) Turned up exactly when they said they would - performed the job to a very high standard with minimal fuss. Lawrence conducted himself professionally, and was polite with good manners. That might sound stupid, but its very important to me - there's nothing worse than workmen being in / around your home who don't conduct themselves with decorum. (I've had tradesmen swearing in front of my kids in the past - they were told to leave.) Lawrence was the polar opposite of that, very professional manner, very polite. what a great ambassador for this business - Cleaned up after himself, left the work area spotless. It's been a couple of weeks now since the work was completed, and no issues - everything is working fine. Will definitely use these guys again - and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Dave and his technicians were professional and polite they explained everything to me easy to understand.
