"After two years of dealing with a broken boiler Geoff was quick to respond when our boiler finally gave in. Most boiler repair people wouldn’t come near us because we are a city centre apartment and we are on the top floor with no lift. Geoff was very accomodating and he worked with the constraints. The quality of the service is amazing. Geoff explained what he was doing every step of the way and kept in constant communication. The quality of his work is impeccable.
