Q and M REMOVALS LIMITED

"We booked these guys for a full house move and it was easy from start to finish. Shaun was great during the booking and quoting, super quick getting back to us and Dave and Paul were amazing on the day. They worked tirelessly in 30 degree heat and nothing was too much to ask. Can’t thank these guys enough for taking a massive weight off our shoulders in what is already a stressful time, would highly recommend!"

"Right from my first initial phone with Shaun, I knew I'd picked the right company to help with my move. Not just professional but also very down to earth and friendly and nothing was too much bother. After getting several other quotes Q and M Removals LTD offered the best. Ian and Gabe went above and beyond on the actual moving day, they made it look so effortless 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for making what was a stressful time into a good day with amazing results."

"Shaun and his team were a cracking set of guys and really went the extra mile to make the house move a success. There were some issues with them being a man down and underestimating the size of the job so we would have struggled if there was a deadline on our move time. Happy to be in our new house though and would recommend them highly."

"Great communication, nothing was an issue, kindly they made extra stops to drop furniture up and pick up another piece of furniture. The guys were very careful and efficient. Shaun and Ian were very professional and understanding. They did an amazing job would highly recommend."

"A genuinely brilliant experience with Q and M Removals Shaun and Gabe helped move my mother-in-law from her three-storey Victorian home in Aintree to a new place in Reading, Berkshire, and they were absolutely fantastic throughout. She was understandably nervous about such a big move, but the moment Shaun arrived and calmly assessed what needed doing, her worries melted away. We’d pre-packed most of the boxes (at least 50 of them!), but there were plenty of heavy items like mattresses, a reclining chair, and dining furniture, and they handled everything swiftly and with real care. Not a single scratch or bump. Shaun suggested loading the van the night before to make the long drive less stressful. They kept us posted on their progress down the M6 and turned up ready to go at lunchtime the next day. Everything ran like clockwork. Beyond the professionalism, they’re just genuinely lovely people. We had a great chat during the loading and unloading, and their warmth made the whole experience feel more like a helping hand from friends than a transaction. Highly recommended especially if you're moving someone older or tackling a long-distance relocation. Q and M are the kind of team you’re glad to have on your side. Top tip – pay the M6 Toll both ways for a long distance move and it helps with the travel time."
