Property Care Services (North West) Ltd

"I had a large team of builders work on my new property for 3 months. They were professional and attended to my every need. They came back and fixed a small snagging list and cleaned as they went about their work. I would recommend this team to anyone, as they guided me through, each stage, step by step and never asked for any money until late on in the build. I had everything done. From the ceilings, walls, skirting boards, loft ladder, electrics, boiler, a new kitchen, new windows, interior doors, lights, in and out and new floors throughout. Then they painted the whole interior. An excellent job!!!! Thank you to all. My bungalow is amazing!!!"

"Used PCS for a full bedroom refurb including new flooring, plastering, new radiator, new light and plug sockets etc. The work was first class. The finish is excellent, the communication from start to finish was first class and every member of the team who completed any of the work were polite and friendly. They even made the effort of tidying up at the end of each day. I will be using Errol and the team again soon for another bedroom refurb."

"PCS have just replaced windows at the front of my house including two load bearing bay windows. The care they took and the professionalism of the team from start to finish was excellent. There was further work needed to support the bay and they tackled it in such a way that it is now fully supported and I feel confident in what they’ve achieved. They left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day and treated my property with care and respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you."

"Highly rate PCS - they have transformed our Church kitchen. Taken away all rubbish and left everything gleaming. Gone are the dark cupboards with doors falling off their hinges replaced with lighter ones with easy closing doors. Workmen were all professional and pleasant to deal with, and all works were done within 3 weeks, including new fuse board and electrics for LED lights replacing old strip lighting. Would 100% use again and thoroughly recommend for any job, large or small."

"We've used PCS NW many times over the years, most recently for a bathroom refit which, as usual, was done with care, professionalism and reliability. Dave provided imaginative and practical suggestions to achieve what we were after, and kept a close eye on the project throughout. Damian and the lads on the job are highly skilled and a pleasure to have in the house. They kept me informed on any minor setbacks and were happy to adapt to any changes of plan. We're thrilled with the completed job and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended."
