"I am confused why we didn’t get the same service. Maybe for ours as a one off. We were buying a house and before we completed were told it had no damp after paying for a damp survey. After signing paperwork and moving in, the living room was full of it, paint soaking wet not sticking to the wall. We ended up paying twice and getting another damp company out after moving in who did another survey and their damp meter was off the scale. We had to pay thousands out for a damp course in one room that we did not have the money for and this delayed our decorating significantly. We also have damp walls in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms we would not have bought the house if we knew and it is too late now. With a baby on the way out of 3 bedrooms in the house we can only use 1 of them that does not have damp or mould and the house itself is not worth forking out for any more damp courses. I won’t mention the name of the other company we used as I don’t want to be that type of person as this is someone’s business at the end of the day and most people clearly have a great experience. so I don’t like to leave a bad review but I felt it warranted it due to the money and hassle caused. We put every precaution in place to try and avoid buying a damp house and it still was not enough."

"Firstly, Vinny come out at relatively short notice and conducted a damp survey report on the property we were purchasing. We had our report within 24hours after the survey! After we moved in, we had Vinny come and undertake the various bits of work that were identified as part of the survey. He turned up on time, carried out the work to a high standard and kept the house nice and clean. He was also very helpful and friendly giving advice on how best to avoid the house having any damp issues in the future. Thanks again Vinny 😊"

"Absolutely fantastic service, after having purchased our property we had some damp issues that were raised by the original mortgage surveyor, we had several local damp companies to assess and quote for works, and we had differing solutions to the damp problems and was getting ridiculous quotes. After seeking advice from building surveyors we were directed to the Property Care Association website and found the nearest qualified company, and thank God we did. It turned out to be simple fix in the end. Blocked air vents and bridged damp course. Thanks again , money well spent Alfie"
