North West Dry Rot Ltd

"Stu and the team were really helpful in resolving a rising damp issue I had. They were efficient and tidy in getting the job done and provided lots of guidance for onward decorating."

"I am in the process of buying my house and needed a damp survey etc for the lender. I found Stuart and his company online and I cannot express how amazing working with him and his company have been. The communication, the work and timelines and he has gone above and beyond to help with the little bumps along the way. It’s been such a pleasure working in conjunction with Stuart to get over these hurdles and I literally call him a legend! I look forward to working more with him and the company as I fix up my new first home! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!!"

"After having two other companies out , I then had a friend recommend them. A father and son team Stuart and James came to my property. Their advice was informative and relatable. I asked them to do the work, which was done perfectly. It's a shame I can only give them 10/10. I highly recommended using their services, much thanks from William and Elaine from 15 Stormont road."

"Would like to thank James and Stuart for all their help with my property I’ve recently bought. I called Stuart to ask if he would come and inspect the property due to the floors feeling spongey and signs of fungus when I had ripped out the old kitchen. From the beginning, Stuart was very transparent, providing a full report and thoroughly explaining recommended treatments needed - dry rot, wet rot and woodworm. It was at first a bit of a shock and quite daunting thinking the house needed this much doing to it but Stuart completely put my mind at ease with his expertise. James came to do all the treatments this week and worked so hard to rectify all the problems inside the property, and also completed a damp course for preventative measures before renovating starts. I honestly can’t recommend the company enough - reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Unsung heroes, thanks so much!"
