"Just wanted to take 2 mins to thank Eddie, Tibi and everyone at Mossley Hill Plumbers for their excellent service today, I called Eddie with a home emergency due to a unknown water leak which was coming through the ceiling light at my home address, Eddie explained that he would do everything possible to get an plumbing engineer on site asap, Eddie kept me informed of his progress and no more than 2 hours later Tibi our plumbing engineer turned up to investigate the problem. Tibi was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took us through the work he needed to carry out and explained the fault fully. Tibi then proceeded to fix the leak and cleaned up his work place when he had finished, he even moped our floor. Absolutely fantastic experience from minute one. Can’t thank you all enough. I got taken into hospital unexpectedly at the beginning but Eddie stepped up and took over the sourcing of materials and sending them over for us to approve so it kept the job on track.
