"I gave one star for their terrible customer service. However, their work was excellent, I could not fault it. Mersey fencing has just built the fence between ours and the neighbour's garden. Initially, we had agreed that we would go halves once we agreed on the price and the company to carry out the work. Half of the fence had came down although every other fence in the vicinity had stayed solid and upright ours collapsed . She did not tell us she had mersey fencing out to do the work so we were unprepared when they turned up so she had totally disregarded the agreement. I was about to go out once I realised they had started the job but I heard one of the worker asking my neighbour did we know they were fixing the fence and then did we know they were coming today. The neighbour answered yes to both questions which was a complete and utter lie. She then proceeded to complain about the cat. I put this post up cos I just wanted those workers to know that we have had a lot to put up with that neighbour over the years, what you see now is not what she was and to involve yourself in gossip with a client is very unprofessional on your part. We also have our own beliefs on how the fence ended up in the state it was but without evidence we could not prove it. You have destroyed my plants at the bottom of the garden where you have just lashed the old fence parts and squashed them all and left debris on our flags without cleaning up. Disgusting, and felt it was personal."
