"Ryan and his team have recently completed a wrap around extension for us. We are delighted with the results and feel like we have moved back into a brand new house. Ryan has been so helpful with recommendations on design, unique features such as a hidden utility room within our kitchen and has helped us to maximise the space."

"Ryan and his team completed a loft extension, few years ago for us along with many additional jobs, I kept adding in last minute (much to Ryan's pleasure!). We couldn't have wished for better results. Ryan’s team were professional and great guys to have around the house. Having a wife and 2 small children at home constantly, not for a second did I worry about anything. I have had MBS complete various other little projects and jobs for me since the Loft Extension."

"We cannot thank Ryan enough for the amazing work he did for us. After being left in a mess by cowboy builders, Ryan stepped in at very short notice and completely turned things around. He repaired and replaced all the substandard work with incredible attention to detail, working quickly and efficiently to ensure everything was perfect. With my wife being pregnant, time was of the essence, and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen was fitted and everything was finished before our baby arrived. Thanks to him, we avoided the chaos and stress we were so worried about. His professionalism, skill, and understanding of our situation were truly outstanding. If you're looking for a trustworthy, talented builder who genuinely cares about his clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan. He's an absolute lifesaver!"

"Ryan and his team did a side extension for me for a downstairs toilet and utility room. We were absolutely delighted with the results and especially at the exceptional fair price that we paid. Ryan’s team were friendly and professional and knew their stuff. Nothing was to much trouble for them, even when I made some changes from the original plans they were executed with the minimum of fuss. Ryan has done various other projects for me all of which have been finished to an extremely high standard"

"We have move into our 9 years ago and Ryan and his team did a knock through in my kitchen area and completed the whole kitchen including the installation of a new kitchen. Since then I have used Ryan many times for different projects. Ryan completes any work to a high standard and a very resealable price. You can trust him not to rip you off and always completes the job satisfactory. Ryan and his team are a nice gang of lads, always happy to go out the way for you even when you may change your mind on projects. Would highly recommend! 😁"
