LockFit Liverpool Locksmiths

"So very grateful for Ste and LockFit! We had already had a bad experience that evening with another rather aggressive locksmith after doing some phoning around, and this afternoon having been forewarned by a friend that there are some dodgy outfits out there screwing people over. Not Ste. I called and he was busy with another client, but he text me straightaway and asked to explain our situation briefly - we had locked ourselves out of our apartment! He quoted the price upfront, which we agreed, and said he would be there in 30 minutes, and he arrived in 20 - making it 23:10 at night! After trying a few different methods, he eventually had to drill what turned out to be a ‘very poor’ lock and we were safely in the house by midnight and very very grateful. Ste’s a lovely guy, local to Merseyside , friendly (even when it’s touching midnight!), knowledgeable and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. Thanks again, Ste!"

"Thanks Stephen for your excellent and prompt service. I rang at noon and door was fixed by 1.30 pm that same day. Marvellous."

"Highly recommend Stephen job was done professionally arrived quickly from first phone call made sure was safe and fully secure before left. Was big job locked inside my home and door needed many repairs. Good fair prices."

"Top notch work, honest and price was handled and quoted before work with a simple whatsapp video of the problem. Excellent service on top of that too. No complaints especially when the others are charging double the price with call out costs or some hidden fees."

"We managed to leave our key in the door on the inside and were unable to get in with our key from the outside, at 9:30pm. I googled locksmiths near me and the first result was this company. Already with loads of 5 star reviews I was pleased to find a well trusted, 24 hour locksmith service. I messaged on WhatsApp and got a response in seconds. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, which again, I was already really pleased with as I was just happy to find someone who could come out late. 10 minutes pass and Stephen was here! He was so informative and gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening in future (aside from the obvious of just not leaving our key in the door 😅). Within a minute of him showing up, my front door was open and I was able to get out of the wind and rain. Really affordable price for the speed of the service and the fact that it was 9:30pm! I thought we would have to pay a lot more than what we did. I was able to pay by card too which was really convenient. Overall, just absolutely made up with the service. Quick response time ✅️ Speedy service ✅️ Affordable ✅️ Informative ✅️ Can come out late ✅️ If I could give 10 stars then I would!! Thank you so much Stephen!"
