"I honestly couldn’t recommend James highly enough. We instructed him to assist with a complex dispute involving plumbing and central heating works for our home, and from the outset he was professional, knowledgeable and completely impartial. He took the time to properly understand the background, review the evidence and inspect the works carefully before producing a detailed and well structured report. What really stood out was how fair, honest and balanced he was throughout. He explained things clearly, responded quickly to any questions, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel far more manageable. His communication was excellent, and we felt genuinely reassured by the level of care and expertise he brought to the job."

"We asked JGL to carry out a snagging survey on our new build house on Wirral. James was very friendly and extremely professional, explaining everything as he went through the house. We were delighted with his survey and he saved us a lot of money- very worthwhile! We would highly recommend JGL if you're thinking of getting your property checked out."

"JGL Associates conducted a Homebuyers report for me this week on a house I am purchasing. Great report and great aftercare. I had a 30 minute chat with James after the report was delivered and he explained everything to me patiently so I fully understood. I would highly recommend JGL Associates."
