"The Getting Started In Property team were on the ball from the beginning. They remained professional throughout, despite some setbacks from the buyer. I always felt listened to and their communication was second to none. In particular, Angela and Norbert stood out as providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!"

"They claim to be the UK’s leading investment company with property… This has to be false marketing surely, as they are the absolute WORSE. They have the audacity to send debt collectors AFTER THEM NOT SENDING ME CORRECT BANK DETAILS TO MAKE PAYMENTS. Then after payments were made after Angela (one of their managers) had CONFIRMED the outstanding amount that was owed to them. They still sent debt collectors after me WITH INCORRECT AMOUNTS OWED, even after I made payment when I was finally sent the correct bank details! They can’t even correspond properly with the 3rd party they hired. Now, they owe me over £1000 in remittance, which was due to be sent to me by the end of April 2026. They don’t answer calls, none of them do. I’ve called into various departments (sales, lettings, property management) and NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL. Messaged their virtual assistance on Whatsapp who said Angela was on a viewing and said she’d get back to me (which she didn’t). So their manager is pretending to be out of the office. I queried the statement of charges when my property remained empty and I never got a reply on this, even after many follow ups. This whole company has been scamming me for years as a newbie investor, that they were meant to help as per their advertisement. AVOID THEM! SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND LOSING MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! I’ll be starting the process to take this company to small claims court, since they are refusing to get back to me on any form of communication."

"a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them."
