"Awful. From start to finish. Whilst the insulation that’s been fitted has made a difference to the temperature of the house upstairs, it simply wasn’t worth it. They've left the house an absolute mess. They insulated and ruined walls that weren’t even on the plan, resulting in us having to have feature walls redone by a carpenter. They ruined our 6 month old carpet upstairs and refused to accept it. We’ve also noticed that we’ve been having electrical issues. They left sockets hanging off the walls with loose connections. We have 2 young children and have been left waiting anxiously for about 2 months for them to come back and rectify it. They’ve finally sent an actual electrician out to us and he was astonished by how badly the previous work was carried out. We were told after the initial meeting with the surveyor that the house would return to how it was before the work started. This couldn’t have been further from the truth. There are plaster stains in every corner of our home, stained carpets, electrical issues up until today.. they also removed hi spec made to measure black out blinds from the windows of our son and daughter’s bedrooms. They’re now too big as they’ve insulated in the window reveal and they’re refusing to replace them. They cost in excess of £500. Communication with them is very poor. Workers turned up late or not at all on some occasions and we weren’t even notified. Other occasions arriving late in the afternoon and working until 9 at night. The workers dumped all their rubbish and left over materials on a pallet outside or home. This was a really large pile of mess that was supposed to be collected within 24 hours. We were made to wait a whole week for it to get collected, whilst having adverse weather. I was collecting materials from all over the street. Discarded cans of alcohol in amongst the rubbish, cigarette butts.. an unprofessional company- avoid."

"FTVH Group have carried out work on my neighbours property which effects my property. They have drilled and carried out work on my cavities along with altering my roof with no prior consent or a party wall agreement being signed. I renewed my roof in 2022 and now have been left with no fixing on the bottom 2 rows of tiles which takes a lot of the wind and rain. The application of for the cavity wall insulation should have never been used as it is a flying freehold and the condition of the exterior render. Perfect conditions for water ingress. I have now had to put measures in place to avoid this at my own expense Trying to resolve the issue has been ongoing since November. Currently can't get hold of anyone and as for trying to get hold of management..... impossible."

"I’ve just had the first part of the ECO4 scheme completed by First Time Central Heating (FTCH) Group the internal wall insulation and I couldn’t be happier with the results the flat is already so much warmer. I’m now awaiting the installation of new heaters and ventilation. The three workmen, Leon, Josh, and Andy, have been an absolute pleasure to have working in my flat over the past three days. They were efficient, punctual, clean, and tidy, and they’ve done an amazing job on the walls. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process stress free. I’d also like to give special thanks to Bea, the office worker who has been my main contact throughout the application process. She’s been informative, responsive, and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to getting my landlord’s approval for the works. All four of them have been phenomenal, and I can’t recommend FTCH Group highly enough."

"We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the ECO4 grant work undertaken by FTCH and I would recommend them to anyone. The Install Manager, Jonny, was always on hand to answer queries and sort out small issues at the end of the job. The process is quite disruptive but it is well worth it in the end. We chose to move our young family out for 5 weeks whilst the internal insulation and radiators were being installed. Jonny organised teams of tradesmen to blitz the work and minimise the disruption. Inevitably there are always snags for jobs of this complexity and scale but all the issues were resolved and our concerns always addressed."

"Adam & Aaron came to install the internal wall insulation. They were both very courteous . I couldn’t believe how hard they worked! They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about the products being used. It was reassuring to have skilled professionals working in my property who cleaned up afterwards. I would 100% recommend and would welcome back for any future projects. Matt & Gary came to do electrical work. Very professional and a pleasure to have working alongside others at same time!
