She is extremely knowledgeable and gives sound advice when planning a bathroom renovation, my husband likes to know the ins and outs of everything and she had endless patience! We had a couple of glitches with items in the delivery but these were sorted out with her help very quickly. "Some positives - friendly sales team, excellent showroom with lots of displays, good prices and a wide choice of products. However - unfortunately - our low score is based on our experience earlier this year when we purchased items for an en-suite refurbishment. An error was made by EasyBathrooms between measuring up our ensuite and working up the order, which meant we were one wall panel short when our installation team checked what had been delivered. We couldn’t obtain the extra panel from EasyBathrooms before the work was due to finish so we had to purchase different panels from a local supplier. In addition when the boxes of floor LVT were opened the installation team found one of them contained ‘off cuts’ - once again we could not obtain replacements before the job was due to finish so we had to purchase a different product from a local supplier. To be fair when we complained, EasyBathroom’s customer services said they would accept the returns without charging us the usual collection fee , and gave us a refund. We are happy with the finished ensuite (see photo), but as a result of the original order and the quality control issues we encountered we found the installation more stressful than it should have been and …. we finished up with a floor and wall boards that looked OK, but were not the style we had originally picked. Unfortunately - after the work was completed - we noticed a manufacturing fault in the vanity unit door. To be fair it wasn’t easy to see and EasyBathrooms sorted out a replacement quickly - but - the replacement was also faulty (photo attached) - we’re glad to say the third one was spot on. We’re sure most EasyBathroom’s customers don’t have any problems - but based on our experience we’d struggle to give them more than two stars."
