"This company are to be avoided. We had solar panels fitted which went smoothly, the job was done in 2 days. From that point it was a mess. We had 3 workmen to do the insulation on the walls. They ripped carpets, cut through water pipes, stole tools!! Left piles of rubbish front and back of property and months after contacting content renewables we had to get this removed ourselves. Then the heating system was installed. There weren't enough radiators to complete the job, the ones that were missing were in kids rooms, in February! We waited weeks, Lee from content kept saying he was chasing it. Eventually done a month later but then the electrician said there were again parts missing for the heating system so he wired up a make shift emersion for us to use in the mean time. Again after this job there was piles of rubbish left in the garden, when my husband started sorting through it to skip it he found boxes of electrical parts, contacted the company, these were the parts they were looking for! When then had 2 men from Kington who content had sub contracted to come and finish the work, they were amazing! Fixed all the niggling faults, the rads in kids room were working. The tanks settings werent done correctly etc.... And we had water and heating ☺️. A few months later the pressure kept dropping on the tank and we had no hot water. We couldn't get hold of content, the phone just kept ringing, we emailed but had no reply so we got a local plumber to help. Now we have a terrible noise when we turn on the hot water, again we can't get hold of content afte phoning and emailing, local plumber came out again and told us the diaphragm in the expansion tank needs attention. We have never had a "check off visit" for the work or an annual service 2 years on! Last week we contacted Harlech who are the electric company sub contracted by content to do the work. We spoke to Jemma there who tells us they have been asked to formulate a spread sheet of customers and their issues to pass to the director of content as it appears there are numerous customers in the same position as us. They also gave us a email address for content which apparently is now the only way of contacting them. We still haven't heard from them. Next step will be contacting Warm Wales who provide the funding for this scheme, failing that we will need to contact the ombudsman! AVOID THIS COMPANY IF THEY ARE STILL RUNNING!!!!"

"Avoid this company at all costs! Left piles of plaster board on our yard, promises after promises to remove it, 8 months on and it’s still there. I was also told carpets would be put back, they promised to do it, but now ignoring me regarding both and looks like we will have to pay for both to be sorted. Internal wall installation was poorly done, on top of a rubbish job the workers left the house in a terrible state. Solar panel installers cut through water pipes in several places and instead of letting us know and being honest they just covered it back over."

"Avoid damage done to our property and they won't put right. Substantard Workmanship so unprofessional. Jemma and Lee couldn't care less and also Danny who is the director 🤔 blocked us. Now refused to put the damage they caused right. The policy states any damage done to the property has to be repaired to what it was originally. Blocked us from email and telephone. Please avoid it's made us both ill trying to get the work done. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this so please avoid this company. The good reviews you can see are made by staff. Same names that we have dealt with 🙄"

"Thus company fitted our complete heating system Inc radiators and air source pump They were very competent and the work only took around a week. The lads were very sympathetic to my needs with being disabled and made sure I had access to the areas I needed. This made the work alot less stressful. They were very polite and caring in their manner and worked hard to get the work done in shortest time but the quality of the work didn't suffer as a consequence. Every night before leaving they cleaned up any mess they had made and made sure everywhere was tidy. The lads themselves were very accommodating with my 2 dogs and tried to cause the lead stress for them also. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering having this type if work undertaken. The work was completed to a high standard and every step was explained and any issues were soon resolved without fuss Though I was dreading having such major disruption taking place in our home, the friendliness, caring and understanding of these lads made it better all round for me, my wife and our dogs Thanks lads"
