"Absolutely useless, asked them to pick up a mattress, double bed frame and a double wardrobe. When I returned home they hadn't taken the wardrobe so I rang them. The response was they do not take fitted wardrobes. The wardrobe was a normal freestanding, flat packed wardrobe from IKEA. I obviously had to dismantle it to get it back out the house, as we built it upstairs in the bedroom. Had to struggle to get it into my car and then struggle to get it back out at the dump. Absolute joke."
