"Awful company. Will deduct money on returns even though sent back in original packaging. Products are awful quality see other reviews. Spend more time in replying and defending reviews then actually trying to conduct good business. Look at the photo of this new rain shower head with gritty edges. They will say you you tried to fit the product. Who wants to fit this rubbish."

"OMG how can people still trade with these awful products and also so expensive. I bought a shower kit set. I had to replace it after one year as it started getting really bad after only few months I got it installed by a professional. I made a complaint straight away. Communication was very slow and inefficient. I’ve asked for a refund they offered me £20 like a gesture of goodwill. What a courage. I spent £200 for that rubbish. So in the end I asked them to send me all the spare parts since I’ve started my complaint within 12 month from the purchase, just to throw them in the bin. On their website they offer 10 years guarantee for their products. Guys is this legal?!?"
