"Their service is fantastic. I messaged them on bank holiday Monday to ask if they could help with my broken down boiler. By Wednesday night, they had sourced a new part and repaired my stricken boiler. All for a very reasonable price. Brilliant company. On top of that, Paul (the owner) is an old school gentleman. His dedication to his customers is outstanding. He arrived at my house at 6pm (as agreed), left at 7:30, and had another job to go to after that. When I commented that he was going to get home late, he replied that he knows how much a broken down boiler can affect people, especially families with young children, and he can't bring himself to let people down. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Paul wouldn't even take a tip; instead, he told me to spend the money on my children. Like I say: a gentleman. A credit to his trade.
